We collect information directly from you, from your actions in the platform, and from technical session context required to run Pi360.

• Support institution-linked flows including profile resolution, role-aware views, and relevant campus/program experiences.

We disclose information in limited and purpose-bound scenarios.

We use first-party cookies and similar browser storage to support authentication, security, UI preferences, language selection, and messaging continuity. Current keys include access and refresh session tokens, unread chat counters, chat notification preferences, sidebar layout state, and locale preference.

• Privacy Control: choose who can see posts and who can comment.
• Chat Privacy: control who can message you, add you to groups, and view online visibility.
• Blocking: block/unblock users to manage interactions.
• Notifications: control message and engagement notifications.
• Security: update password and request account deactivation/deletion.
• Legal Links: review this Privacy Policy and the standalone Cookie Policy from Settings and footer areas.

Some Pi360 use cases may involve educational communities. Where legally required, parental, guardian, or institutional authorization may apply. If you believe personal information of a child was provided in violation of law, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Depending on hosting and operational architecture, information may be processed in countries other than your own. When cross-border processing applies, we use appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards required by applicable law.

At this time, there is no uniform global standard for DNT signal interpretation. We may update this position if a recognized and legally binding DNT standard becomes applicable.
