We collect information directly from you, from your actions in the platform, and from technical session context required to run Pi360.
Name, username, email, phone number, account identifiers, login method, password reset records, and account status metadata.
Profile photos, bio, education profile, institution links, campus or program references, skills, language preferences, and optional personal profile fields.
Posts, comments, reactions, saved content, follow requests, block/unblock actions, and content visibility configuration.
Conversation identifiers, message content, unread counters, chat preference settings, and message timing metadata.
IP-derived server logs, browser/session information, cookie identifiers, locale preference, and feature diagnostics needed for reliability and security.
If you allow browser geolocation, we may use latitude and longitude to resolve city/district labels for localized experiences.
Where payment workflows are offered, transaction context and status may be processed; payment instrument handling may be performed by approved payment partners such as bKash.
To provide core platform functions you request, including account, profile, and communication services.
