• Do not upload malicious code, phishing content, or deceptive material.
• Do not impersonate institutions, staff, students, or other users.
• Do not post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not interfere with platform reliability, availability, or security controls.

• You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to rights you grant below.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and that you have required permissions to publish it.
• You may remove content where the product provides deletion controls; some records may persist for compliance, safety, and backup purposes.

The services, including software, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by MY SOFTAKE PVT LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the services.

• If paid features are enabled, fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be presented at checkout or in your subscription settings.
• You authorize us and/or our payment partners to process applicable charges.
• Taxes, duties, and local charges may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
